A bilingual recruitment platform that turns a hiring request into an explained, evidence-based shortlist.
An employer describes a role in Arabic or English. Kawader turns the request into requirements they can edit, ranks candidates on six weighted dimensions and shows the evidence behind every score. Candidates control what they share, and aggregate reports hide small groups so no individual can be singled out. People make the hiring decisions.
Prototype status. Kawader is a prototype built by Khayal using fictional data. It is not endorsed by, contracted with or connected to any ministry or government system.

We need a junior accountant in Muscat with one to three years’ experience. Excel is essential, and retail experience is preferred. Salary up to OMR 600 a month.
RequirementsEditable before ranking
- Role. Only profiles for this role are considered. It filters; it doesn’t score.
- Location, 15 points. Candidates elsewhere count only if they’re open to moving.
- Experience, 20 points. Outside the range isn’t eligible.
- Skills, 30 points. Excel is required. Verified scores higher than declared.
- Industry, 10 points. A preference, never a gate.
- Salary, 15 points. Above the range isn’t eligible. A salary that isn’t shared scores zero and stays visible.
Ranked shortlistSix weighted dimensions
- 1 Maryam Al Rawahi 94 out of 100 Points lost: −6 Services experience
- 2 Aisha Al Balushi 91 out of 100 Points lost: −5 Based in Sohar, open to Muscat−4 Available within a month
- 3 Salim Al Hinai 82 out of 100 Points lost: −10 Availability not confirmed (unknown)−8 Excel declared, not yet verified
3 of 6 fictional profiles are eligible. The other 3 aren’t, and each one shows why. A recruiter makes the decision.
How it works
From a hiring request to a shortlist people can check
Step 1: Hiring request
The employer describes the role in their own words, in Arabic or English. Arabic runs right to left throughout.
Step 2: Editable requirements
The request becomes requirements: role, location, experience, skills, industry and salary. The employer checks and edits them before anything is ranked.
Step 3: Explained scores
Candidates are scored on six weighted dimensions. Every score shows the evidence behind it. Unknown values score zero and stay visible.
Step 4: Shortlist and pipeline
The employer shortlists, screens and moves candidates through a hiring pipeline. People make every hiring decision.
Step 5: Privacy and reports
Candidates control what they share. Aggregate reports hide small groups, so no individual can be singled out.

This is a simplified re-creation of the prototype’s match logic, with six fictional candidates. Change the city, experience, salary or skills, and see who becomes eligible and why.
